The Greatest Gift

提起圣诞节，最首先你会想到什么？你最期待什么？

Talking about Christmas,what will come to your mind first? What are you expecting most in this season?

盼望已久的圣诞节越来越近了！作为孩子，甚至是成年人，我们都认为圣诞节是一年中最快乐的时光。音乐，电影，装饰品，颂歌，欢笑，团聚都构成了我们在这个特别的节日里不可或缺的美好的记忆的一部分，然而最能给我们带来惊喜╰(*°▽°*)╯的让我们兴奋不已的则是我们将收到的礼物。

The Christmas is coming to town! As a Child or even an adult, we consider Christmas time the happiest time of the year. The music、the movies、the decorations、the carols、the laughters、the gathering are all parts of our beautiful memories about this season that cannot miss even one of them,but over all ,the most exciting part of Christmas that bring us most joy is all the gifts that we are going to receive.

圣诞月的到来，圣诞树立起来了，圣诞袜挂起来了，圣诞晚会也完美落幕，社区晚会的脚步也临近了，到了我们期待已久准备已久的圣诞礼物交换环节了，在新的处处洋溢着圣诞气息与家的味道的环境里，堆满各样包装好的圣诞礼物的圣诞树下，温暖的壁炉旁，我们大大小小一家人们开始了精彩兴奋又紧张的白象礼物交换活动。

As the coming of the Christmas month, the Christmas tree is setting up, the stockings are hanged, with the unforgettable memory of the Christmas concert, with evening concert at the corner, we finally get to enjoy the excitements and surprises that the white-elephant gift-exchanging activities under the Christmas tree neat the hearth with all our “ family members”,small or big, young or old,students or teachers.

让我们来近距离来看看现场吧,Ms June开始从准备好所有学生老师名单的圣诞袜里抽出第一个可以抽拆礼物的名单，看看谁是第一个幸运儿？随着名单的抽出所有人都紧张以待，是我吧！是我吧！“PSL Jack”,看看能第一个抽礼物是多么兴奋吧！

Let us come close to see it, from the Christmas stockings that filled with all the name tags, Ms June is ready to get the lucky one that can be the first to choose the gifts, Let it be me!Let it be me!! Let it be me!!! “PSL Jack”, Look how excited he is!

拆礼物一定是这个环节中最惊喜的时刻！

Unwrapping an unknown gifts must be the most surprising moments!

这个包装纸下的礼物到底是什么，好想知道！

What is inside? We are very curious!

原来看别人挑到什么礼物也是件很开心的事情，特别是挑到气质完全不合的时候。（偷笑）

Seeing what others get is another fun thing, especially when this gift is not very matching to that person.

呀，终于下一个是我了，大家都替我鼓掌开心呢！

Yeah~Next is my turn, they are all happy and clapping for me~

抽到了自己喜欢的礼物，给大家看了以后，就紧紧的搂在怀里，简直有母鸡保护小鸡的架势，然而别急，这还不是结束，礼物是可以被抢走的，每个礼物可以被抢三次，周围总有盯着的眼神，最后的花落谁家还永远是个谜，小心翼翼的守好自己喜欢的礼物，以防周围有人正“虎视眈眈”，同时“眼观四路，耳听八方”，看看如果礼物被抢走了该去抽礼物队里选什么礼物，或者准备从其他人手里抢礼物呢！

When we get what we like, after show it to everyone,we hold it tightly like a hen protecting her little baby, but wait a minute, this is not the end, A gift can  be “stolen”,and we cannot take it back during the same turn,Once a gift has 3 “owners,” the 3rd owner of a gift gets to keep it – it is retired and can’t be stolen again. So always be prepared to steal and to be stolen.

可别以为把自己到手的喜欢的礼物送出去是个轻松的事儿，这个可是对我们的一个极大的考验呢，也是我们一辈子要学习的功课：最重要的不是得到，而是给与祝福以及对规则的尊重与谨守。看看我们最小的小朋友们即使自己到手的喜欢的礼物被抢了，也不哭不闹，等候下一个机会呢，不仅仅只是为了得到礼物，更多的是本着祝福他人的心意，即使可能我最终不是很喜欢自己拿到的礼物，但如果拿到我准备的礼物的人感受到了爱和幸福，我也是极其幸福的。

Don’t think it is easy to let go of our beloved gifts, this actually is a big challenge for us no matter how old we are, and there is a great lesson that we will learn for our life time：the most important is not what we will get ,but what we will give and how we behave to reflect whether we honor and keep the rules in our heart! See our little kindergarten children, even the beloved gift that are grabbed by other brothers or sisters, they do not weep or throw out temper, because they are educated to give more than receive,“Maybe in the end I cannot get what I really want, but I already have all that I need, if the one who get my gift is blessed, I’m blessed too. ”

每个礼物都是由孩子构思并亲手包装并写下了自己的祝愿，包含着一份心意，让我们近距离地来看看大家准备的各样丰富好玩精心的礼物以及交换过程吧！

Every gift is chosen by the kids and wrapped with a word of blessing , let’s come close and see all the different kinds of great gifts we have and the fun that we had!

嗯，我很满意我抽到的礼物，虽然不知道它还会在我手上多久，先暂时享受一下！

I am content about it ,even though I don’t know how long it will stay ,but let me enjoy for a while.

我抽到了自己一直想买但没买的礼物，真好！

I’ve got the one that i’ve always wanted.

看完这各种各样的礼物，你可能会疑惑了，那你说的最美好的礼物到底是什么，这个好像是个“仁者见仁智者见智”的问题吧，莫非大家还评选了一下? 别急，让我们都来花一分钟先思考一下，圣诞节我们曾经得到到的最好的礼物是什么？我想每个人的答案因为自己的人生经历而不同，然而约翰福音3：16说：“神爱世人，甚至将他的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信他的，不至灭亡，反得永生”。我们的天父，把他的儿子送到世界上，给了我们所能得到的最好的礼物。

After seeing all kinds of great gifts, you may wonder then which one is the greatest gift that you are talking about?this seems a question without a correct answer as each individuals has different experiences and opinions. Don’t worry ,let us use one minutes to think about what is the greatest gift that I have ever got for Christmas? In John 3:16, it is said that”For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Our Heavenly Father, by sending His Son into the world, gave us the greatest gift we could ever receive.

送礼和接受礼物对我们到底意味着什么呢？约翰一书4：11说“亲爱的朋友们，既然上帝如此爱我们，我们也应该彼此相爱。”这几年来，我终于明白了，庆祝圣诞节的最好方法是给予以及服务。如使徒行传20：35所说：“施比受更有福。”  当我们这样做的时候，我们通过这行为表达了对上帝说给予我们的最好的礼物的感激之情。反过来，我们自己也可以体验同样的给予他人的喜悦。从中我们也学习如何去感谢我们身边的人，甚至是一份不大的礼物，礼物是有价的，但情义无价。

 What does giving and receiving gifts mean for us? “Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.”(1 John 4:11) What I finally learned these years is that the greatest way to celebrate Christmas is to give and serve others,”It is more blessed to give than to receive.”(Acts 20:35) When we do so , we bring happiness and show gratitude to God for the amazing gift He gave us. In turn, we ourselves get to experience a part of that same joy. And showing appreciation for the gifts we receive form those around us, even the smallest ones, helps share that happiness with others. The love is priceless.

在这个特别的日子里真心祝福你“圣诞快乐！”，并在今后的日子里喜乐充满，随时准备接受礼物也准备给出礼物，明白我们生命的意义在于简单的四个字：“爱与被爱”。

In this special season, we sincerely wish you a “Merry Christmas”, and rejoice in the days that He has made, always ready to receive and give, understanding that the true meaning of life is very simple: “Love and to be loved”.
